Challenge

We were brought in midway through the planning phase. A significant amount of work had already been developed, but there was no clear structure or visibility of what needed to happen to execute the campaign.

The production involved a complex multi-set shoot in London, requiring coordination across creative, styling, production, and logistics teams, with no defined system to hold it together.

Approach

We stepped in to bring structure to both the planning phase and the shoot day.

We built a clear production framework that mapped out execution across 11 distinct sets within a single day. On the ground, we acted as the central coordination point across all departments.

Our role included:

  • Managing 11 set transitions and shot execution across one production day
  • Acting as set manager and on-ground production lead
  • Coordinating props sourcing and set readiness across all looks
  • Managing wardrobe, hair, makeup, models, photography, and videography teams
  • Coordinating scheduling, breaks, and lunch flow to maintain energy across the day
  • Conducting location scouting and liaising with the venue to ensure full production readiness
  • Overseeing a 35+ person cross-functional team in real time

As the day progressed, it became clear that completing all 11 sets would be challenging within the time and resource constraints. We restructured the flow on the ground and pushed execution forward without increasing cost or compromising output.

We acted as the anchor of the production, ensuring clarity, pace, and continuity from start to finish.

Result

All 11 sets were successfully executed within a single-day production in London.

The client received a full suite of high-resolution creative assets, including photography and video content used across:

  • Website and digital platforms
  • Social media campaigns
  • Pop-up activations and launch materials
  • SS25 sales and marketing rollout

Beyond delivery, the client highlighted strong satisfaction with the production coordination and the handling of props, set execution, and overall day management.

The campaign was delivered on time, within budget, and at full creative scope despite initial structural gaps in planning.
